1. Who we are
This website is operated by Bughunter Studio, a service of Quantum Quotient Ltd. (“Bughunter Studio,” “we,” “us”), based in Liberty, Texas, United States. You can reach us at hello@bughunter.studio.
2. What this website collects
Browsing this site, we do not set cookies, use analytics, fingerprint your device, or load third-party scripts or trackers. There is nothing on these pages that follows you.
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify or profile individual visitors.
3. Information you give us
When you email us, for example to request an audit, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message (such as your website URL). We use this only to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
4. Audit engagements
If you become a client, we process information about your website or application as needed to perform the audit and deliver our findings. That work is governed by the agreement we sign with you. We treat client materials as confidential and do not sell or share them.
5. Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/UK)
Where the GDPR applies, we process the information you send us on the basis of your request to contact us and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding, or the performance of a contract with you.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. 7. Retention
We keep email correspondence and engagement records only as long as needed to answer you, deliver services, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or archive them.
8. Children
This site and our services are directed to businesses, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
